General Betting Rules
Bets may be placed online through Rpzzz. Rpzzz reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, wholly or partially, for any reason and at its sole discretion. Prices and stake availability are displayed at the time of bet entry and may be corrected if a palpable error is detected. Bets placed in error or while insufficient funds exist may be void or reversed. All bets are settled using decimal odds unless otherwise stated. The settlement of a market is based on the Official Result or the market description; where official confirmation is required, Rpzzz may delay settlement until such confirmation is available. If an Event is not started as scheduled, postponed, or abandoned, Rpzzz will apply the market rules governing such scenarios and may void undecided bets unless the event resumes within the applicable window stated in these terms.
Rpzzz may void or cancel bets after acceptance for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect event details, mispriced odds, attempts to bypass limits, or conflicts of interest with participants in the Event. If a market is determined by a later official decision that contradicts the on-field result at the time of bet placement, Rpzzz reserves the right to adjust settlements accordingly, subject to the odds remaining unaffected by the later decision.
All times and settlement references are based on Rpzzz's system clocks and the competition’s official score sheets. In the event of a dispute, Rpzzz's decision is final unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.
Market Types and Settlement Principles
Rpzzz offers a range of Market types. Each Market has a description that governs settlement; where not specified, the general settlement rules apply. The common Market types include:
- 1X2 (Match Result): Settled by the final official result. In cases of a draw where a winner is not offered, bets may be void or settled as specified in the market description.
- Handicap (Spread): The final score adjusted by the stated handicap; settlement occurs only if the match reaches the minimum required duration described in the Market.
- Total (Over/Under): Settlement occurs if the final total meets the quoted line; if the line is not reached, bets are void unless the market description states otherwise.
- Odd/Even: Settlement based on the final counted units (goals, points, etc.), subject to the market’s stated rules for partial periods when applicable.
- Head to Head: Bets on two or more competitors are settled based on the defined head-to-head outcome; if a participant does not start or is disqualified, relevant bets may be voided as described.
- Outright: Season-long or tournament-wide markets settled on the competition's final standings or official crown; dead heat rules apply where appropriate.
- Race to X: Bets settle when the market reaches the specified threshold, or are void if the threshold is not reached according to Market terms.
Dead heat rules apply for outright markets where tie situations occur; settlements reflect the proportionate adjustment of winnings among tied participants based on the number of tied positions.
Abandonments, Postponements and Cancellations
If an Event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within the time window stated in the Market description, undecided bets may be voided. If the Event resumes within the allowed window, open bets remain valid and will be settled on the resumed result. A change of venue or a change in the listed opponent may render bets void unless the Market explicitly states otherwise. Markets related to qualifications or long-range outrights may be void if the Event is postponed beyond the allowed window and not rescheduled within the required timeframe.
In sports where a result is decided by official competition after a break (for example due to weather), Rpzzz will settle using the official result as published. If a market is determined after extra periods or shootouts, the settlement will follow the Market description; penalties or shootouts may be excluded unless the description specifically includes them.
In-Play and Live Betting
In-Play markets may feature rapidly changing odds. Rpzzz reserves the right to suspend or close betting during an event and to correct or void bets impacted by technical issues, transmission faults, or obvious pricing errors. If a game is suspended or abandoned and the governing body does not publish a final result within the allowed window, unsettled bets may be voided in accordance with the Market rules. Bets placed during a particular incident and subsequently affected by a VAR decision or similar review may be void if the final decision alters the state of play relevant to the bet and the odds were not adjusted at the time of bet entry.
Rpzzz truncates displayed odds to two decimal places for user experience, while total amounts are calculated using a more precise internal rounding method. Settlement of settled bets will reflect the official result in all cases.
Sport Specific Rules
Football (Soccer) Specific Rules
Settlement of Football markets occurs after the standard 90 minutes of normal duration, and extra time is included in the Market only if stated. Penalties are generally not included unless the Market description specifies inclusion. If a match is postponed or rescheduled, bets remain valid only if the new kickoff falls withinRpzzz’s defined postponement window; otherwise, undecided bets are voided. Changes of venue or the use of a different participating team than listed may void the Market unless otherwise stated in the Market terms.
American Football Specific Rules
Markets on American football settle based on the official score at the end of the specified period(s). If an event is forfeited, cancelled, or not completed within the defined window, parties to the affected markets may be voided and refunded per the Market terms. Overtime inclusion is defined per Market; if not stated, overtime is not included in settlement.
Baseball Specific Rules
Baseball markets may require certain innings to be completed for settlement; for example, the Moneyline may be decided after a minimum number of innings or at a point where the home team is ahead after 4.5 innings in a standard 9-inning game. Markets that rely on the full number of scheduled innings will be void if that minimum is not reached, unless the Market description states otherwise. In case of a weather interruption or a mercy rule, settled outcomes will adhere to the official competition score at the time of the decision.
Tennis Specific Rules
Bets on tennis are settled based on completed points, games, or sets as defined in the Market description. Retirements, defaults, or walkovers may void or settle specific markets accordingly; if a player retires before the last point, the Market for that player’s specific bets may be void, while markets related to completed sets or games may stand if already determined.
Integrity and Disputes
Rpzzz maintains rigorous integrity standards. If there is credible evidence of manipulation, fraud, or non-compliance with applicable rules, Rpzzz may suspend settlements, void affected bets, and report to relevant authorities. Customers may lodge complaints in accordance with Rpzzz's complaints procedure, which is available in the general Terms and Conditions.
Changes to These Terms
Rpzzz may update these Sports Betting Terms from time to time. The version published on Rpzzz’s platform governs bets placed after the effective date. Customers should review these terms periodically. Last updated information will be displayed on the Rpzzz platform and will apply to bets placed after the update.
