Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rpzzz and the services provided by Rpzzz and its affiliates. By accessing or using Rpzzz you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree you must not access or use the services. Rpzzz may amend these Terms from time to time in compliance with applicable law. Material changes will be communicated as required by regulators and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. In addition to these Terms you are subject to applicable policies including our privacy policy and any service level rules for specific games or promotions.
Definitions
In these Terms the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
- Account means the personal profile you establish to access Rpzzz services.
- User or you means the individual who holds an Account and uses the Rpzzz platform.
- Games refers to the gambling and gaming activities offered on the Rpzzz platform.
- Promotions or bonuses means any promotional credit, free spins or other offer provided by Rpzzz.
- Regulatory Authority means any government or regulatory body with oversight over gambling activities that applies to Rpzzz in the user’s jurisdiction.
- Verification or KYC means the process to confirm identity, age, residence and source of funds as required by Rpzzz and regulators.
Eligibility and Account Registration
To participate you must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and not subject to any prohibition on gambling. Rpzzz may restrict access by jurisdiction or other criteria at its sole discretion. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and keep it up to date. You may have only one Account and you must not transfer accounts or login credentials to third parties. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account and for maintaining the security of your login details. If you become aware of unauthorized access you must notify Rpzzz immediately.
Account Security and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Rpzzz will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use due to your failure to protect access details. If you suspect unauthorized activity you must inform Rpzzz promptly and follow any required security steps such as password resets or identity checks.
Funding and Use of Funds
You may deposit funds to your Account using Rpzzz approved payment methods. Funds donated to Rpzzz are real and may not be used to obtain credit. Rpzzz does not offer credit for participation. Account balances do not accrue interest. Rpzzz may request additional verification for deposits and reserves the right to impose limits or suspend deposits as required by law or policy. Some deposit methods may incur charges and these charges may vary by method and jurisdiction.
Bets and Settlement
Bets placed on the Rpzzz platform are binding once accepted by Rpzzz. The amount staked is held in the Account as a Reserved Amount and determines the Available to Bet balance. The outcome of each Game is determined on settlement, at which point winnings are credited to the Account. In the event of technical or clerical errors Rpzzz reserves the right to adjust results, suspend bets, or reverse transactions as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. Any bet placed in error or due to malfunction may be voided at Rpzzz discretion.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested up to the Available to Bet balance by submitting a withdrawal instruction through the Rpzzz platform. Withdrawal requests must use Rpzzz designated channels and may not be submitted by telephone or email. Rpzzz may require identity verification prior to processing withdrawals and may impose withdrawal fees depending on the chosen method and banking arrangements. Rpzzz reserves the right to process withdrawals using the same method as the deposit unless an alternative method is agreed. Withdrawals may be withheld if there is irregular or suspicious play or if required by these Terms. Bonus balance and wagering requirements may apply to promotional funds and may affect withdrawal eligibility. Rpzzz may audit play prior to approving withdrawals.
Promotions and Bonus Policy
Promotions are governed by a published Bonus Policy. Bonus funds are separate from real money and are subject to wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions and time limits. Free spins and bonus rounds are subject to the game RTP and may not guarantee winnings. Rpzzz reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time in accordance with regulators and applicable laws.

If required by regulators or requested by the user, Rpzzz may impose restrictions or suspend access to services. Prohibited Conduct and Investigations
You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity, use automated software or bots, tamper with games, impersonate others or exploit vulnerabilities. Rpzzz may suspend or terminate an account and withhold winnings or confiscate bonus funds if there is evidence of prohibited conduct. Rpzzz reserves the right to conduct investigations and to share information with regulators or law enforcement as required by law or policy.
Intellectual Property and User Content
Rpzzz owns all rights in the platform and services. You retain ownership of content that you submit where applicable. By submitting content to Rpzzz you grant Rpzzz a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, reproduce, modify, publish, translate and display such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the services, and to sublicense these rights to other users or service providers as necessary for the platform to function. This license lasts for as long as your content is protected by rights unless you remove it from Rpzzz or in accordance with regulatory data retention obligations.
Privacy and Data Protection
Rpzzz processes personal data in accordance with its privacy notice. Registration and gameplay require collection of personal data for identity verification, payment processing and regulatory compliance. You have rights of access, correction and deletion where permitted by law. Rpzzz may transfer data across borders in connection with service delivery and regulatory compliance. Communications and Notices
Rpzzz may send you service notices, account related communications and promotional materials. You consent to notices delivered via the platform or other approved channels. You may opt out of promotional communications where permitted by law and policy, while continuing to receive essential service notices.
Changes to Terms
Rpzzz may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Rpzzz site is the current agreement. Material changes will be communicated as required by regulators. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated terms you must stop using the services and close your Account.
Suspension, Termination and Closure
Rpzzz may suspend or terminate a user account for breach of these Terms or for regulatory or legal reasons. Upon termination Rpzzz will return remaining funds in accordance with withdrawal rules, subject to any outstanding bets and regulatory obligations. You may request account closure in writing; closure becomes effective after Rpzzz confirms the request and completes the process. A closed account may be reopened only at Rpzzz discretion upon new request.
Customer Funds and Insolvency
Customer funds are held in segregated accounts as required by applicable regulatory regimes. In the event of insolvency the status of customer funds will be determined in accordance with regulatory requirements. Rpzzz will provide statements of funds on request and in compliance with regulatory obligations. These arrangements are designed to protect customer funds in ordinary course and in insolvency situations as permitted by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them are governed by the laws of the licensing regime applicable to Rpzzz. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts or through the designated regulatory bodies under that regime. Where permitted by law, users may lodge complaints with the applicable regulatory authority.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Rpzzz and the user and supersede all prior understandings. If any provision is held invalid the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver. Rpzzz may assign these Terms to a successor without notice. If a force majeure event occurs Rpzzz will not be liable for delays or failures beyond reasonable control. Translations are provided for convenience and in case of conflict the English version governs.
