General Bonus T&cs

1. Scope and Participation

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Rpzzz. Each promotion may have its own Customer Terms and Conditions; where provided, those terms supplement these General Bonus T&Cs. By participating in any Rpzzz promotion you consent to these General Bonus T&Cs and any applicable promotion terms. Rpzzz may modify, suspend or terminate promotions at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for amendments. In case of inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail. Promotions are typically limited to one offer per Player, per household, shared device, shared IP address, email address, telephone number and payment method. Rpzzz reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of duplication. Where applicable, the original deposit remains; however, the Bonus and any Bonus winnings may be forfeited.

• 1.1 Opt‑in: Some promotions require explicit opt‑in. You may opt in via the on‑site promotion page, an email link, or by contacting Customer Support. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
• 1.2 Recreational use: Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Abusive or manipulative use may result in rejection of bonuses, forfeiture of winnings, account restrictions or termination. Rpzzz may audit gameplay and transaction logs at its discretion.
• 1.3 Amendments and withdrawal: Rpzzz may amend or withdraw a promotion for legal/regulatory reasons or to correct errors. You will be notified of material changes where required by law.
• 1.4 Eligibility and disputes: Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. Rpzzz’s determination of eligibility and all promotional decisions is final.

2. Promotion Entry and Wagering Requirements

To participate in a promotion, a participant must meet the entry criteria described in the applicable promotion terms. The following baseline conditions apply unless stated otherwise.

• 2.1 Minimum deposit: 20 EUR / CHF / CAD or equivalent in the local currency to qualify for a promotion.
• 2.2 Claim window: Where applicable, the time limit to claim a promotion is 24 hours from the promotion’s availability unless otherwise stated; the Welcome Offer has a 30‑day claim period.
• 2.3 Wagering deadline: Active promotions must be wagered in full within 30 days of issue, unless the specific offer states a different period.
• 2.4 Wagering requirement: The default wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.
• 2.5 Contribution by balance: Only bets funded from the Bonus Balance count toward wagering requirements; bets funded from Cash Balance do not contribute unless stated otherwise.
• 2.6 Conversion to cash: Upon fulfillment of all wagering requirements, the Bonus Balance becomes withdrawable Cash Balance and any eligible winnings may be withdrawn subject to normal withdrawal rules.
• 2.7 Early withdrawal: Withdrawing before satisfying wagering requirements will forfeit the Bonus and any pending Bonus winnings.
• 2.8 Game contributions: Slots contribute 100% to wagering; Video Poker 20%; Table Games and Live Casino 5%; Other Games 0%. Some games may be excluded from wagering requirements; refer to the specific offer.
• 2.9 Mixed bets: If a wager uses both Cash Balance and Bonus Balance, winnings are credited to the Bonus Balance until wagering is completed.
• 2.10 Maximum bonus bet: While using a promotional bonus, no single bet may exceed the specified cap (default 10 EUR / CHF / CAD per bet or spin, or as stated in the offer). Bets exceeding the cap may trigger review and confiscation of bonus funds. The cost of a bet with a Bonus Buy feature is the total stake paid, not the game’s base stake.

3. Cash Balance and Bonus Balance

Balances are allocated as follows and operate under the rules below.

• 3.1 Allocation: Deposits are allocated to Cash Balance; promotional bonuses are allocated to Bonus Balance.
• 3.2 Unearned withdrawals: You may withdraw Cash Balance before satisfying wagering, but doing so will forfeit the Bonus Balance and any associated Bonus winnings.
• 3.3 Balance usage: When a Bonus is active, Rpzzz will deduct from Cash Balance first, then from Bonus Balance for the remaining stake requirements.
• 3.4 Duration: A Bonus remains in effect until all wagering requirements are fulfilled, the Bonus expires, or the Bonus is forfeited for other reasons stated in the offer.
• 3.5 Completion: When wagering requirements are met, the Bonus Balance and any winnings become withdrawable as Cash Balance, subject to general withdrawal terms. Progress is visible in the cashier balances.

4. Specific Promotion Types and Details

The following types of promotions may be offered by Rpzzz. Each type has its own terms that supplement these General Bonus T&Cs.

• 4.1 Free Spins
  • 4.1.1 Winnings from Free Spins are credited to Cash Balance and are not subject to wagering requirements.
  • 4.1.2 The withdrawal limit for Free Spin winnings is €300 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • 4.1.3 Free Spins are valid for 7 days from issuance unless the offer states otherwise.
  • 4.1.4 Deposits linked to Free Spins must have been wagered at least once on Slot games before withdrawal.
  • 4.1.5 A withdrawal request will cancel any unactivated Free Spins remaining in the account.
• 4.2 Instant Bonuses
  • 4.2.1 Instant goodwill bonuses have a maximum win cap of 20x the released bonus amount.
  • 4.2.2 Reload bonuses may be claimed only if there is no pending withdrawal.

• 4.4 Jackpots
  • 4.4.1 Displayed jackpot amounts are informational; the official jackpot is the server-side amount at the moment of payout.
  • 4.4.2 Jackpot payouts are processed in real time; minor display delays may occur.
  • 4.4.3 Any progressive jackpot ≥ €50,000 may require up to 14 additional processing days.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• 5.1 The maximum withdrawal from a no‑deposit sign‑up bonus is €100 (or equivalent).
• 5.2 For free bonuses obtained outside a promotion, the maximum withdrawal is 20x the bonus amount.
• 5.3 Bonus offers may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Rpzzz reserves the right to restrict or remove access to bonuses based on location or regulatory requirements.

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions, and any related promotion terms, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rpzzz operates or the jurisdiction expressly identified in the specific offer. All notices shall be given in writing in the manner prescribed by Rpzzz. By participating in promotions, you consent to electronic communications from Rpzzz regarding the promotions and these terms.
